Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month with no contract. Cancel from the billing portal in the app or at strikeserve.com/billing and you keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is there a refund policy?
If you cancel within seven days of your first Pro charge and email billing@strikeserve.com, we will refund that charge in full. After the initial seven-day window, charges are non-refundable but you keep Pro access through the end of the billing period you paid for.
Do you offer team pricing?
Yes. Agencies running multiple servers get volume discounts starting at five seats. Email sales@strikeserve.com with the number of seats you need and we will send a quote within one business day.
How does priority job access work?
When a new job is posted in your area, Pro servers see it for 30 seconds before it is released to the general pool. If multiple Pro servers are eligible, the job goes to the closest server with the highest acceptance rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Apple Pay through Stripe. We do not process card details on our own servers.
